• Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards.
• Promote company programs (e.g., customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment).
• Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures. Maintain confidentiality of all company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome, safe, and treated with respect.
• Take an all‑hands‑on‑deck approach to support the team across the store.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer‑focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15‑35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking. Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with the use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).

Targeted Pay Range: $15.00 – $22.00. Starting rate of pay may vary based on location, experience and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
