Member Frontline Cashier – Walmart – Champaign, IL

Base pay range: $16.00/hr – $23.00/hr

Our Member Frontline Cashier Associates are the heart of our front end. You play a major role in how our members feel when they enter and leave the club. Like any role that involves rapid interaction, you are often the first, last, and sometimes the only associate that our members interact with. That’s why it’s so important to smile, greet, and thank each and every person.

• Maintaining a clean, neat, and member‑ready area

Additional responsibilities include maintaining safety of the facility, providing member service, complying with company policies and standards of ethics, and completing work assignments while collaborating with managers, co‑workers, and other business partners.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Customer Service, Retail experience including operating front end equipment (e.g., cash register), working with mobile retail applications
