Schnucks is seeking an Assistant Meat Manager in Champaign, IL to support the Department Manager and lead the meat team. You will cut beef, pork, lamb and veal, grind sausage, order product, merchandise, and ensure safety and freshness while delivering excellent customer service.
Hours are 40 per week with flexible availability including weekends; shifts may range from early morning to late evening. Previous Journeyman Meat Cutter experience and leadership are preferred;
