Immunology Specialist

The Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist role at Syneos Health is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment. The specialist will focus on implementing the sales plan by delivering compelling sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers and serving as a disease expert/resource.

• Utilize all marketing and selling materials designed for specialty physicians, healthcare providers, and clinic personnel within an assigned territory.
• Plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action.
• Participate in training and development programs while abiding by all industry and corporate policies and procedures.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals while growing sales within the assigned territory.

• BA/BS Degree.
• 2+ years’ pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends.
• Must live within the territory or within territory boundaries.

Annual base salary for this position ranges from $92,000 to $98,000. Commission and bonus opportunities are available based on company and individual performance. The role may include a company car or car allowance.
