We're looking for a Sales Consultant to lead the charge in developing and managing solar project proposals for commercial clients. You'll be the architect of high-impact deals—from design and feasibility to financing and execution. What You'll Do- Develop strategic solar proposals that deliver value and impact
- Present designs, cash flow projections, and financing options with confidence
- Collaborate across departments to hit revenue goals
- Generate leads through marketing, networking, and hustle
- Analyze energy usage, and demonstrate ROI & payback
- Attend industry events and trade shows
- Log customer interactions in CRM with precision
- Represent Harvest Solar as a passionate ambassador for helping customers reach their sustainability goals
- 5+ years of technical sales experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Competitive, sales‑driven mindset with a consultative approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (day travel up to 80%)
- Earnings Range: $70,000 - $250,000
- Base Salary
- Commission
- Quarterly and annual bonuses tied to company and individual performance
