YOUR LIFE AS AN HVAC SALES REP / TERRITORY MANAGER

This essential position works from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with some weeknights and weekends. One night a month might be spent traveling to the far reaches of the territory.

Your primary responsibilities include strengthening current dealers and recruiting new ones, traveling throughout the territory, resolving customer challenges, ensuring dealers understand our brands, enrolling them in marketing programs, attending technical and sales training, providing quotes for residential and light commercial work, fielding customer requests, and coordinating internal resources. You’ll also meet potential dealers, convince them to join our team, host factory tours or events, give high‑quality sales presentations, demonstrate our online tools, and focus on continuous improvement to meet sales goals.

WHAT

WE NEED FROM YOU
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and PDFs
  • Knowledge about finance, marketing, and pricing
  • Solid understanding of financial statements
  • Sales management aptitude
  • Maintaining residence in the territory
  • HVAC experience is a plus, but not required
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred
