- Business Development & Prospecting:
Proactively prospect, network, and secure new client accounts through targeted outbound calls, meetings, and local networking events. - Consultative Sales:
Understand client needs and present tailored solutions. - Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-term partnerships with hiring managers, human resources professionals, and local business leaders to ensure high client satisfaction and retention. - Pipeline & Sales Tracking:
Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, sales calls, and pipeline metrics within the CRM system.
- Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills - Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical and conflict-resolution abilities to handle complex client needs - Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and general office tools.

Working hours:
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
