In this role, you will connect with diverse communities, identify client needs, and market our competitive insurance products. You will build relationships within both English and Spanish speaking markets to help families secure their futures.

As a sales producer, you are not just selling a policy; you are serving as a trusted advisor. You will evaluate and uncover gaps in coverage, and design tailored insurance portfolios-- spanning auto, home, life, and commercial insurance--to protect what local families have worked so hard to build.

• Build and grow your client base through marketing and relationship-building strategies
• Protect families and businesses by providing expert insurance and financial solutions
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close policies for new and existing clients
• Master sales techniques, client consultations, and cutting-edge product knowledge

You Bring:

• Sales, customer service, or leadership experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High standards of ethics and integrity
• Ability to pass state licensing exams (Property, Casualty, Life & Health)
