As a small team, we focus on empowering our agents with real support and operational freedom. We’re currently expanding and looking for experienced Freight Broker Agents who know the cradle-to-grave model inside and out.

As a Freight Broker Agent, you’ll operate as an independent sales and operations professional, building your own book of business while we support you with backend systems and logistics coordination. • 1099 Commission-Only Split: 50/50
• Full Back-End Support (billing, carrier setup, credit, and collections)
• TMS Provided:
  Tai Software
• Load Boards Provided: DAT & Truck Stop
• Freight Coordinators Provided (as needed)
• W2 Option Available After 90 Days of Performance Review
• Work from Anywhere in the U.S.

• Prospect, onboard, and manage your own shippers
• Handle cradle-to-grave freight brokerage: quoting, booking, dispatching, tracking, and follow-up
• Build and manage carrier relationships
• Utilize DAT and Truck Stop load boards for carrier sourcing
• Maintain accurate load details and documentation in our TMS (Tai)
• Work with internal support staff to ensure smooth billing and operations

• 3+ years of freight brokerage experience (cradle-to-grave strongly preferred)
• Existing book of business or proven ability to develop one
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and time-management skills
• Familiarity with TMS platforms (Tai preferred)
• Experience using DAT and/or Truck Stop
