Shifts:
- 2nd Shift: Saturday & Sunday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: Friday – Sunday | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time Security Officer to provide security services at a warehouse/logistics/distribution environment. This role focuses on maintaining a safe and secure facility through patrols, access control, and incident response. Prior security experience in similar environments is preferred.
- Conduct routine patrols of the facility and surrounding areas
- Monitor access points and control entry/exit
- Observe and report suspicious activity or safety concerns
- Respond appropriately to incidents, alarms, and emergencies
- Complete accurate reports and logs
- Maintain a visible security presence to deter unauthorized activity
- Active Illinois PERC Guard Card (required)
- Completion of 20-hour Unarmed Security Training (required)
- Prior security experience (warehouse, distribution, or logistics environments preferred)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work weekend shifts
- Willingness to pick up additional shifts as needed
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills

- Weekend coverage
- 2nd or 3rd shift availability
