Location: Champaign, IL
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

We are hiring a Flex Security Officer to support security operations at a warehouse/logistics/distribution environment
. This role is ideal for experienced security professionals who need schedule flexibility and are available to work all days and all shifts as coverage is needed. The Flex Officer will fill in for call‑offs, vacations, special assignments, and increased staffing needs.

• No set schedule
• Must be available for days, evenings, overnights, weekdays, and weekends
• Shifts assigned as needed based on site coverage

• Perform routine patrols of the facility and surrounding areas
• Monitor access points and control entry/exit
• Observe, report, and respond to suspicious activity or safety concerns
• Respond appropriately to incidents, alarms, and emergencies
• Complete detailed and accurate reports
• Maintain a professional and visible security presence

• Active Illinois PERC Guard Card (required)
• Completion of 20‑hour Unarmed Security Training (required)
• Prior security experience required
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics environments preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work any shift on short notice
• Willingness to pick up hours as needed
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
