• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site‑specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

• Provide customer service to individuals at the location by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Assist with access control duties, including verifying credentials of individuals entering restricted areas within the food and beverage production location.
• Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and/or breaches of site protocols.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to observe for irregularities and report any security‑related concerns.
• Document and report any suspicious activity, incidents, or unusual circumstances according to Allied Universal and location‑specific guidelines.
• Collaborate with location staff and law enforcement as required during emergencies or investigations.
• Adhere to all Allied Universal and location‑specific protocols for handling confidential or proprietary information.

• Interest in transitioning into full‑time roles when available

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
