A Day in the Life:
You’ll work directly with residential customers, diagnosing and repairing electrical issues while ensuring safety and efficiency on every job. From troubleshooting circuits and replacing panels to installing outlets, switches, and lighting systems, you’ll be the face of Edelman in the field. You’ll also educate customers on solutions and help them make informed decisions about their electrical systems. With our mentorship-focused approach, you’ll continue to grow your technical skills and customer service expertise, setting yourself up for long-term success.

What You Bring:
- Minimum of 6 months of residential electrical experience (service or installation).
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and an understanding of electrical systems.
- Ability to work in various environments, including attics and crawl spaces.
- A positive attitude and commitment to continuous growth.
