Carpenter​/Drywaller​/Painter – Skilled Tradesmen

Salary Range: $22 to $32 Hourly, depending on experience and trade knowledge

Service Master DSI is the nation's largest Service Master franchise with locations across the country. We are known for quality restoration, construction, excellent customer service, and a busy schedule.

The Position: We seek a full-time skilled tradesman with remodeling experience (Drywall, Painting, Tiling, Flooring, Carpentry, Mechanical). The more skills you have, the more opportunities we can offer. Our work ranges from small patch repairs to complete home rebuilds. With consistent workload, strong leadership, and a well-rounded team, this is a highly sought-after opportunity for a permanent position.

Compensation and Benefits: $22-$32/hour, daily vehicle stipend for travel, paid major holidays, PTO accrual, overtime at 40+ hours, double time after 60+ hours. We offer advancement opportunities. Tradesmen focus on construction phases, not water mitigation.

Requirements:

• Remodeling experience
• Reliable and hardworking
• Own tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Previous restoration experience is a plus
• Able to lift/move 50+ lbs
• Pass background check and drug screening
