A Day in the Life

Duties

As a Level 3 technician, you will be the lead on standard HVAC replacement installations, working autonomously to ensure every job is done to the highest standard. Your duties will include:

• Expert Installations:
  Installing and setting up complete HVAC systems—including furnaces, air handlers, and ductwork—based on installation packets and best practices.
• Professional Presence:
  Maintaining a professional appearance and attitude, representing the Edelman brand with integrity on every job site.
• Customer Care:
  Preparing the job site properly and leaving it cleaner than you found it, ensuring the customer is left with peace of mind.
• Team & Tech Integration:
  Using our service software on your mobile device to document your work accurately and communicating effectively with your team.
• Safety First:
  Consistently applying all safety precautions and keeping your company vehicle clean, organized, and safe.

What We're Looking For

• Experience:
  
  A minimum of 1 year of residential HVAC install experience.
• Qualifications:
• Must be EPA Certified.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable under company policy.
• Completion of an HVAC training program is a plus.
• Character: A strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and a humble, confident attitude.
• Physical Demands:
  You must be able to work in a variety of conditions and confined spaces (attics, crawl spaces) and have the physical ability to lift heavy objects and use standard tools safely.
• Tools:
  You'll need to have the necessary tools to perform the work at an Install Level 3.
