Job OverviewElite ICT is hiring Tower Technicians to join our rapidly growing telecommunications team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing wireless infrastructure, including climbing towers up to 400 feet (and occasionally higher). You will travel across project sites to support commercial clients, working hands‑on with cutting‑edge equipment while following the highest safety standards. Key Responsibilities- Travel to job sites and climb towers (200–400 ft, with occasional work up to 2,000 ft).
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and inspection of antenna and line systems.
- Install radio units, antenna arrays, and related ground/aerial fiber‑optic, RF, and coax connections.
- Properly test, label, and document all systems upon completion.
- Ensure compliance with all company and industry safety procedures.
- Work independently and as part of a larger crew to complete projects on time.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support project needs.
- 3 years of experience in telecommunications tower work or related construction fields preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics, operate equipment, and use tools/materials effectively.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to meet deadlines and project requirements.
- Willingness and ability to travel for extended periods (4–6 weeks at a time).
- Comfortable climbing and working at elevated heights of 150–400 ft+.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record; ability to obtain a DOT card required.
- Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
- Preferred but not required: OSHA 10, OSHA 30, and NWSA certifications.
