Construction Superintendent. Starting at $60,000+ per year, negotiable based on experience. Company vehicle provided and eligible for a yearly bonus.

• Direct communication with customers throughout entire project to ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage and schedule direct report Carpenters.
• Ensure technical problems with installations and troubleshooting are communicated to the Regional Construction Manager.
• Ensure material, supplies, permits, licenses, and inspections are obtained by Foremen and Carpenters on time.
• Ensure timely and quality completion of all construction and carpentry projects.
• Ensure adherence to construction scope detailing time and material specifications, and inform management of any scope discrepancies.
• Assist in change order estimating, approval process and documentation.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment.
• Ensure productivity of all Construction division employees.
• Review job cost reports to monitor labor and material expenses.
• Schedule, price, and monitor subcontractor performance.
• Comply with all verbal and written safety practices, including proper use and maintenance of PPE.
• Read and comprehend all applicable MSDSs for chemicals requiring special handling and PPE.
• Adhere to and enforce company policies specified in the Employee handbook and DSI safety manual.
• Drive a company vehicle to customer locations.
• Execute all work to meet or exceed applicable federal, state, and local regulations and company and customer quality standards, while providing world‑class customer service.
• Keep worksite clean and neat, leaving a first‑class impression.
• Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely fashion, including on‑call rotation involving some nights and weekend assignments.
• Perform other duties as required, including job functions outside the normal scope.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Minimum 5 years hands‑on construction experience.
• 2 years project management experience (preferred).
• Strong remodeling/restoration experience (preferred).
• Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to move or lift 50+ lbs.
• Pass background check and drug screen.
• Xactimate experience (preferred).
