Residential Construction - Lead HVAC Installer

Lanz Heating & Cooling, Inc. in Champaign, IL is looking to hire a full-time Residential New Construction / Lead HVAC Installer to take the lead on residential heating and cooling installations for new construction projects. We provide you with a tool program, a quality fleet with newer vehicles, in-house hands-on training, tuition reimbursement, flexible work schedules, and year-round employment. This Residential New Construction / Lead HVAC Installer position comes with an earning potential of $85,000+/year with revenue-sharing bonuses as well as sales and customer satisfaction SPIFFS. • Proficiency in HVAC functional design
• Experience installing ductwork systems
• Working knowledge of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting, and installation of all residential and light commercial systems
• A valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to work a staggered schedule if required
