Base Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour, based on experience

Entry-Level Technicians: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Experienced Technicians: $26.00-$40.00 per hour

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, starting at 7:00 AM
, with a minimal rotating on-call schedule.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems
• Complete quality service work while minimizing callbacks
• Clearly explain findings and available options to customers
• Maintain accurate service documentation and company standards
• Participate in ongoing technical training

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year of HVAC experience with a strong willingness and ability to learn for entry-level consideration
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for experienced-level placement
• Professional, customer-focused communication skills
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving history
• EPA Type II certification or ability to obtain it within 30 days of starting
