THE TYPE OF ASSISTANT HVAC AND PLUMBING TECHNICIAN WE'RE LOOKING FORWe're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (tight spaces, outdoor conditions)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Basic mechanical skills and comfort using hand and power tools
Trade school or vocational training, relevant field experience, or OSHA 10/30 certifications are preferred.
WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR ASSISTANT HVAC AND PLUMBING TECHNICIANThis full-time entry-level position operates Monday - Thursday, 10-hour shifts
, with additional on-call duties as assigned

In this entry-level role, you'll work alongside experienced technicians on residential and commercial projects, gaining hands-on experience every day. You'll prepare work areas, transport tools and materials, assist with installing sinks, toilets, water heaters, and HVAC components, seal pipe connections, diagnose minor leaks, operate drain-cleaning equipment, review basic blueprints, and support safety procedures.
