Description: Mahomet-Seymour CUSD #3 is seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Social Worker to join our support services team at Lincoln Trail Elementary. The ideal candidate will provide social-emotional support, crisis intervention, and collaboration with families, staff, and community agencies to ensure that all students can access a safe, supportive, and effective learning environment. The School Social Worker will be responsible for conducting special education evaluations and supporting students with 504s/IEPs.

This position will begin on 11/18/2025.

Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) and current Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Worker Endorsement.

Salary and Benefits:

• Starting salary for this position is $46,784 (MS+30 Lane placement on the attached  Teacher Salary Schedule).
• A $5,000.00 sign-on bonus is available with a three-year commitment to the district.
• Licensed Clinical Social Workers can earn an additional $1,500 per year stipend.
