Top Tier Specialty Contractor Seeks Experienced Mechanical Estimator

Minneapolis, MN

Our client is a leading multi-trade specialty contractor in the Midwest, delivering mechanical, electrical, fabrication, automation, and system integration services. Renowned for safety and operational excellence, they provide full in‑house capabilities from design to maintenance. Their Mechanical division is experiencing tremendous growth and they are looking to add key positions that will evolve into leadership roles.

• 5+ years mechanical/plumbing estimating; field experience or engineering degree preferred
• Proficient with blueprints, P& estimating tools (Sage, Quick Pen, etc.)
• Experience preparing estimates, managing contracts, purchase orders, and schedules
• Strong coordination skills with foremen, vendors, and project teams
• Physical ability for occasional site visits; valid driver’s license required
• Accurate math skills, proactive planning, customer service focus, disciplined work style
