Associate Director, In‑Home Sales
Overall
Purpose:
Responsible for development and attainment of sales and service objectives through subordinate sales personnel within an assigned geographic area.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supervises sales and support staff, including hiring, training, developing, disciplining, and contributing to decision‑making regarding discharge of subordinate employees.
- Oversees inventory and compliance of subordinates, ensuring licensure, permits and documentation comply with policy and procedure.
- Manages fleet vehicle responsibilities.
- Interacts with other departments and vendors to resolve issues and develop strategic plans.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: 3‑5 years customer‑facing sales experience; 3‑5 years management experience preferred.

Salary and Benefits:
Associate Director In Home Sales earn between $77,400 – $96,800 plus $34,000 in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
