I opened my agency in January 2012 and currently lead a close-knit team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I built my career in banking and financial services. I’m a graduate of Grand View University and a former college athlete. Outside of the office, I’m a proud dad of two boys and spend much of my time coaching football, baseball, and basketball.

Giving back to kids in our community is especially important to me. In addition to coaching local youth sports, I run Agents4

Kids, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting children in need. The values I’ve learned through athletics and coaching—teamwork, accountability, resilience, and helping others succeed—are also a big part of how I lead our agency.

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.

• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
