Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Admission Counselors to guide prospective students through the admission process and help them choose suitable programs. The role involves counseling, lead conversion, follow-ups, and achieving admission targets.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students regarding courses, admissions, eligibility, and career opportunities.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and student inquiries.
Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
Maintain accurate records and update CRM regularly.
Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Participate in admission drives, events, and outreach activities.
Eligibility & Skills
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
1+ years of experience in admissions, counseling, sales, EdTech, or higher education.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is preferred.
Preferred Profile
Candidates from EdTech, Universities, Colleges, or Education sector.
Immediate to 15-day joiners preferred
