Role Description  The Early Childhood Educator will design and deliver developmentally appropriate learning activities for young children in an on-site setting in Chandigarh. This part-time role involves planning daily lessons, facilitating play-based learning, and supporting children’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth. The educator will observe and document children’s progress, maintain a safe and organized classroom environment, and promote positive behavior and peer interactions.

The role includes collaborating with colleagues, communicating regularly with families or caregivers, and participating in team meetings or professional development sessions as needed. The educator is expected to uphold standards for child safety, inclusion, and respect.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and experience Working With Children.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Early Childhood Development and child-centered learning approaches.
Candidates should possess Creativity Skills for designing engaging, age-appropriate activities.
Candidates should possess Organization Skills for managing classroom routines, materials, and documentation.
Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
Ability to create inclusive, supportive learning environments for children from diverse backgrounds.
Basic proficiency in communication in English and local languages as needed.
Prior experience in preschool, childcare centers, or early learning environments is preferred.
