Web Designer & Developer

We’re looking for a  Web Designer & Developer  with at least  1 year of professional experience  to join our team and work on websites and landing pages for our clients.
We’re looking for someone who can work across both  design and website implementation  — not just UI/UX design. You should be comfortable working with Word Press, different website builders and common website integrations.

What you’ll work on:  Designing and developing responsive websites and landing pages
Working with  Word Press  and other website builders
Creating clean, user-friendly and conversion-focused website layouts
Adapting to different website builders, platforms and tools based on project requirements
Setting up website integrations such as  Razorpay, Pay Pal and other payment gateways
Integrating websites with  CRMs, lead forms and other third-party tools
Making website updates, improvements and customisations
Troubleshooting basic website and integration issues
Understanding client requirements and converting them into practical website solutions
Working with the marketing and creative team across client projects

What we’re looking for:

1+ year of professional experience in web design/development, excluding internships
Good working knowledge of  Word Press

Experience with different website builders and the ability to learn and adapt to new platforms
Understanding of  payment gateway integrations , such as Razorpay and Pay Pal

Experience with  CRM and lead-form integrations
Good understanding of responsive design and UI/UX principles
Basic knowledge of  HTML/CSS
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Good communication skills and ability to understand and explain requirements
Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines
A  portfolio of websites you have designed or developed is required
