LHH Recruitment is working with a growing property management company in the East Valley is seeking an AR Accountant to join their accounting team. The ideal candidate will have strong accounts receivable experience, excellent attention to detail, and a background in property management accounting. This is a fully onsite position.
Responsibilities- Manage daily accounts receivable activities
- Process and post payments accurately
- Prepare and send invoices and statements
- Reconcile AR accounts and research discrepancies
- Monitor outstanding balances and assist with collections
- Maintain accurate customer and account records
- Prepare AR reports and assist with month-end close
- Communicate with tenants, clients, and internal teams regarding account questions
- Assist with other accounting duties as needed
- Previous accounts receivable/accounting experience a MUST!
- Yardi experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Property management or real estate accounting experience is a plus
Up to $65,000/year, depending on experience.
Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
