Job DescriptionBarrett Financial Group is hiring a Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Chandler, AZ! This is a full-time, in-office position.
This isn’t your typical data entry job — you’ll use innovative AI tools to simplify repetitive tasks and improve precision. As part of our commitment to accuracy and efficiency, this role leverages AI-supported systems for data validation and entry. All AI usage complies with our strict data privacy and security policies.
Mon - Fri 8 am to 4:30 pm
SkillsProficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
Strong understanding of basic accounting/math skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
ExperienceNo Experience Required
Responsibilities- Support the payroll department with data entry
- Ensure the Broker’s payroll Compliance needs are met per Loan File within our internal system
- Assist with audits and reports as needed
