Job DescriptionBarrett Financial Group is hiring a full-time receptionist to join our team in Chandler, AZ.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
8-hour shift (Monday to Friday)
Ability to Commute:
Chandler, AZ 85286 (Required)
- Must be available 8:30 A.M - 5:00 P.M.
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens & business cards)
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
