The Porter complements quality repairs by cleaning customer vehicles prior to vehicle delivery and maintains the appearance and cleanliness of shop and office facilities.

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the interior of the office, including emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, and dusting countertops and work area.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the interior of the production area, empty waste cans, sweep floors, dispose of unwanted vehicle parts, and store tools and equipment properly.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary.
• Pre-wash customer vehicles prior to repairs beginning.
• Exterior and interior clean up of customer vehicles after repairs are complete.
• Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.

• High School diploma / GED preferred.
• Ability to multitask.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Clear close vision required.
• 18 years old or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Customer service abilities.

• Trustworthy and reliable.
• Willingness to learn.

• Pulling/pushing, carrying.
• Walking 5+ miles.
