What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Direct and manage the supplier business plan and implementation process to enhance financial performance
- Align supplier goals with the company's objectives to ensure mutual success
- Conduct supplier business reviews and engage in issue resolution
- Identify and drive new supplier opportunities to create unique value propositions
- Manage forecasting pipeline requirements and rebate projections

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience, with a bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Mastery knowledge of industry best practices and considered a subject matter expert
- Proven ability to develop solutions to complex situations and make policy improvements
- Experience working independently toward long-range goals and objectives
- Strong communication skills to act as a consultant to management and represent the organization externally
