Summary

The Hospital Liaison is responsible for promoting company products and services to referral sources and patients so that company goals for business growth are achieved.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Generate and develop new business to meet specified production goals.
  • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships.
  • Respond to all inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Understand and communicate information regarding company products, services, and policies and procedures to new and existing clients.
  • Possess and maintain thorough knowledge of the home infusion therapy industry product information.
  • Continually gather information on local competition and prevailing industry and business climate within the region; communicate information to management and others as needed.
  • Ensure that all required client paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports as required.
  • Attend and participate in business/trade events that impact the business unit.
  • Attend and participate in team strategic sales meetings.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent, one to two years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be a self-starter and proactive.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • Continually required to stand, walk, sit, talk, hear, and drive a vehicle.
  • Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity, technical information, and/or use a keyboard.
  • Occasionally required to lift/push/carry items less than 30 pounds.
  • Occasional exposure to outside weather conditions.
