The ideal candidate will assist in supervising on-site operations, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within timelines. • Supervise daily on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and labor teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
• Assist in maintaining project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and material usage records.
• Identify and report potential project risks or delays to senior management.
• Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders and support senior supervisors in decision-making processes.
• Participate in site inspections and quality control checks to ensure project standards are maintained.

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and site safety standards.
• Proficiency in basic construction software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a construction site supervisory role or similar position.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects is preferred.

• Full-time, typically 8–10 hours per day, Monday to Saturday.
• Flexibility may be required depending on project demands and site schedules.

• Knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to manage and motivate a diverse workforce.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges effectively.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
