General Site Labor – Construction Projects

Job Summary

As a General Site Laborer, you will support skilled trades, maintain worksite cleanliness, and assist in executing daily construction tasks while adhering to company safety standards and project timelines.

• Assist skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, masons, and electricians in daily construction activities.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment around the site.
• Prepare construction sites by cleaning debris, leveling surfaces, and setting up temporary structures.
• Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision.
• Follow safety protocols and report hazards or unsafe conditions promptly.
• Support the team in tasks such as digging, lifting, and assembling materials.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks as per project requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work in a team environment.
• Awareness of construction safety practices and regulations.
• Good communication skills for effective coordination with supervisors and team members.

• Prior experience in construction, general labor, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
