Our client is a recognized Facade organization with a proven track record of success. If you are a dynamic estimator with strong glass and glazing or facade estimating experience, and a passion for success, we are very interested in speaking with you. All other trades will not be considered.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in estimating curtain wall and storefront systems for commercial, residential, or institutional projects.
• Proven track record of successfully bidding and estimating projects of varying sizes and complexities.
• In-depth understanding of curtain wall and storefront systems, materials, installation methods, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in reading architectural drawings, specifications, and conducting quantity takeoffs.

• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and other project documents to prepare comprehensive estimates.
• Identify and quantify materials, labor, and equipment required for each project.
• Obtain quotes from suppliers and subcontractors for materials and services.
• Analyze project requirements and develop cost-effective solutions.
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure accurate estimating and pricing.
• Prepare and submit bids and proposals in accordance with project deadlines.
• Assist in negotiating contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and related documents.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to ensure competitive pricing and profitability.
