Commercial Construction Superintendent

Overview

Sun Eagle Corporation is a 47‑year‑old general contractor that builds commercial structures throughout Maricopa County. We are interviewing for a Commercial Building Superintendent for various commercial, municipal, and government projects, with a preference for experience in new building construction and electrical upgrades.

• Act as the primary superintendent, managing the overall execution of the project.
• Use PROCORE project‑management software to track progress.
• Create and maintain construction schedules for new, ground‑up buildings using Microsoft Project.
• Hold weekly meetings with owners
  
  Elapsed and architects.
• Coordinate subcontractor scheduling meetings and manage all subcontractors.
• Provide 3‑week look‑ahead schedules.
• Perform daily safety walk‑inspections.
• Write and submit RFIs, and assist the project manager with monthly draw applications.
• Review submittals and shop drawings.
• Maintain computer proficiency for project documentation.

• 5+ years experience as a primary superintendent.
• Pro+-+- proficiency in PROCORE and Microsoft Project.
• Experience with new construction and electrical upgrades.
• 30‑hour OSHA certification (OSHA 30 preferred).

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
• 310 Dust Control Training preferred.

Salary is negotiable and based upon previous salary and experience.
