Administrative work:

Uploading documents to software
Scheduling updates
Review of documentation
Compiling and assembling systems manuals

Field Engagement:

Field walkdowns
Training on systems and equipment

Day to day activities may also include:

Reviewing 2D drawings (PNiD's) for electrical, mechanical, and architectural trades.
Daily reports containing manpower counts and activities of projects you are overseeing
Oversee daily inspections from trades on their equipment
Review packages and know it inside and out
Schedule meetings and alignments
Track move in and out schedules of equipment and manpower
Work closely with the contractors' superintendents to identify and mitigate logistical challenges.
Extensive integration and communication with numerous vendors and trades in multiple disciplines.
Resolve conflicts between trades
Make sure the superintendent has plans and supplies going forward into a project
Take meeting minutes
Safety coordination with trade partners
Organize field walks with owners/trades
Filling out permits as needed

Requirements:

Ability to read one-line diagrams and system drawings.
Must follow proper methods, procedures, and safety precautions.
Must have MS Office skills.
AS or BS in Construction Management/Engineering preferred.
Must have 2+ years semiconductor experience.

Position Requirements :

High School Diploma + BS in Construction Management or Engineering or related field
Ability to pass required 10-panel drug screening and background check.
