We are seeking a Project Assistant to join our team! You will be assisting our Creative Project Director working on Special Edition Books and merchandise.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate project details with artist and publishers
- Set up project organization and timelines
- Assist the Project Manager in ensuring project deadline are met
- Communicate with social teams information about product releases.
- Maintain required project documentation
- Serve as a liaison between artists and creative director.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience project assistant or personal assistant
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills
