Customer Support Specialist; Perm

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to support various levels of Payroll or HR clients, providing prompt and thorough responses to all types of service inquiries.

The role is based in Chandler, AZ, and is a permanent hire position.

Job Summary: The successful candidate will provide support to application users, including instruction, navigation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and evaluations to determine solutions and alternatives. They will develop and maintain effective verbal and written communication with all parties and work with internal technical support, various production departments, and additional Service hubs as needed to identify a resolution.

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to client incoming phone calls, web inquiries, emails, and/or faxes in a professional and timely manner.
• Investigate, research, analyze, and test outcomes to resolve client questions and/or problems correctly.
• Handle client requests relating to products or services, ranging from routine inquiries and basic application navigation to complex problems and difficult troubleshooting issues.
• Ensure World Class Service satisfaction on each transaction.
• Provide critical and accurate statutory information to clients in payroll or HR areas.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and be open to feedback, change, and learning new things. They will be adaptable, reliable, and have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
