Position: Reservation Agent In Office ($18/hr) Part-Time

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Assist with calls from and to customers, ensuring excellent customer service
  • Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management
  • Direct incoming customers' equipment based on demand and productivity status
  • Review reports to aid in effective placement of equipment and customer reservations
  • Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones and email
  • Proficient in customer service, time management, and multitasking
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Familiarity with reservation management systems or similar software
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
