What You’ll DoMake outbound calls only to existing Guardian Tax clients
Address concerns, de-escalate issues, and reinforce the value of our services
Retain clients through professionalism, empathy, and clear communication
Accurately document call outcomes and client interactions
Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and support client success
$18/hour base pay
Performance bonuses with the ability to earn an effective hourly rate of $23–$24
Full-time, steady hours with consistent expectations
Full-time
In-office only (no remote or hybrid options)
Strong phone presence and communication skills
Ability to handle objections and sensitive conversations calmly
Reliable, professional, and coachable
Prior call‑center, retention, or customer service experience is a plus
Structured role with clear expectations
