It’s A Secret Med Spa is seeking a Client Concierge to warmly welcome clients, both in person and by phone, and educate them on services offered. You will manage front desk duties, assist providers with scheduling, and ensure the POS system is accurate, while maintaining a clean, professional environment.
The role requires at least 1 year of customer service experience, a flexible weekend schedule, and strong communication skills.
