• Greet patients with a warm, welcoming attitude
• Check patients in/out and manage daily schedule flow
• Answer phones, respond to messages, and assist with appointment scheduling
• Verify patient information and update records
• Review treatment plans and financial information with patients as needed
• Coordinate new patient consultations and follow-up communication
• Ensure paperwork, consent forms, and insurance documents are completed
• Assist the team with general office tasks to keep the day running smoothly

• Previous dental/orthodontic or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Comfortable using computers and practice management software
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
