Live Well Family Medicine has an excellent outpatient opportunity for a BE/BC Primary Care Provider to join our growing primary care group in Chandler, AZ. We are a team of two experienced MDs and three Physician Assistants and offer competitive salary, benefits, CME, sign-on and relocation assistance. Live Well Family Medicine seeks a quality-driven healthcare provider for our well-established patient base.
We aim to provide the best level of healthcare, focusing on our patients. Our practice treats each patient as a whole person while providing patient-centered, comprehensive, primary care for all ages. We take our time in getting to know our patients and their medical history.
