- Promote a positive, inclusive, and disciplined team environment across all levels.
- Scheduling & Coordination:
- Schedule and lead after‑school practices multiple days per week (3–4 hours/day).
- Coordinate event schedules and facility needs with the Athletic Director.
- Oversee team participation in CAA competitions and school‑related events (pep rallies, games, etc.).

- Monitor and support academic progress of student‑athletes.
- Collaborate with teachers, the principal, behavioral staff, and athletic leadership to ensure positive student conduct and eligibility.
- Administrative & Communication Duties:
- Maintain clear, timely communication with parents and guardians regarding team expectations, events, and updates.
- Organize and manage practice and event logistics.
- Communicate effectively with school staff and leadership regarding program updates, needs, and student concerns.
- Fundraising & Program Development:
- Lead fundraising efforts to support travel, uniforms, equipment, and competition fees.
- Build partnerships with local businesses and families to grow support for the program.
