BGCAZ is seeking a Lead Youth Development Specialist for a part-time role in Chandler, AZ. The position supports branch youth programs and supervision of activities, with training provided.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, CPR/First Aid/ Food Handler certifications within 90 days, and a valid Arizona driver’s license. Prior BGCAZ experience is preferred. This role requires 10–25 hours per week, Monday–Friday, at $15.00 per hour.
