These user deliverable artifacts will represent the test and evaluation landscape of the program.
  • Lead program hardware responsible engineers to establish the qualification test strategy tracing requirements to verification events including performance model anchoring in support of integrated system performance path to IOC.
  • Bridge the Systems Engineering Integration & Test (SEIT) Verification and Validation (“V” process) through test execution. This includes working closely to derive All‑Up‑Round (AUR) Environments and helping architect a path to an efficient Qualification / Environmental Navy Certification path to IOC.

  • Self‑starter able to work with minimal guidance and confidently engage, direct, and educate hardware leads on how they fit into the overall master test plan, including engineering, design verification, risk reduction, qualification, and certification testing that is specific to their hardware and ultimately augments the systems test.
  • Capability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical personnel.
Preferred Qualifications
