Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Chandler, AZ. The position involves working with semiconductor material-based detectors with PIN and APD structures, specializing in Silicon, InAs, In Ga As , In As Sb , InAs/GaSb T2SL, and InAs/In As Sb T2SL. Responsibilities include day-to-day tasks such as handling materials, managing inventory, and ensuring quality control of materials, as well as applying analytical skills to assess material properties and effectiveness.
Qualifications- Ability to design, process, and characterize device and material properties.
- Master’s or PhD (preferably) degree in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- 2+ years of experience with at least one material from Silicon, InAs, In Ga As , In As Sb , InAs/GaSb T2SL, and InAs/In As Sb T2SL.
- Experience in the semiconductor or optoelectronic industry is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
