As a member of our team, you will help achieve this vision by executing the following responsibilities:

• Perform internal audits for a multi‑national semiconductor manufacturer
• Facilitate 3rd‑party (Registrar and Customer) audits
• Lead internal problem‑solving teams to identify root cause and implement systemic improvements
• Perform feasibility reviews on customer specifications and non‑standard requests. Work with internal stakeholders (engineering, factories, etc.) to implement requirements
• Support integration activities, related to company acquisitions, into Microchip’s QMS

• BS degree in Engineering (EE preferred) or equivalent
• 7+ years of related work experience; preferably in semiconductors or electronics field
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and standards (e.g., ISO
  9001, IATF 16949, AS9100, etc.)
• Working knowledge of Statistical concepts (e.g., SPC, DOE, Regression Analysis, MSA, etc.)
• Excellent written/verbal communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong problem‑solving and root cause analysis skills
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented team player
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
